Just a note to let you know that we're being super careful here at Dreamii when it comes to the Coronavirus.

We're being even more diligent than usual when it comes to handling our orders and making sure everything that gets made and shipped by us is treated with the utmost care. 

Unfortunately some of our made-to-order apparel items may take longer than usual to ship. Please see our shipping details below and keep this in mind when placing an order! We truly appreciate your patience.

Returns 
Unfortunately at this time, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges due to stock availability and the small scale of our business. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order. An item received late, with an incorrect size chosen, with slight color difference, or a change of heart will not be accepted for a refund. Please think carefully before you place an order, and please follow our size chart when ordering garments. 

However, we are more than happy to exchange items if products arrive in defective condition. See our exchange policy below.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email within one week with a photo of your damaged item at hello@dreamiishop.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping 
After you make the payment, please allow 2~5 workdays for fulfillment. We will do our best to get your items as soon as possible though. For made to order items, please allow for an extra 3-6 week delivery time. Please note that USPS has been experiencing significant slow downs recently! Your patience is appreciated! The shipping time will vary depending on your location. *Please note that during the holidays or end of the year shipping time may take longer than normal.* Unfortunately once packages are shipped, we can't take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Please make sure you provide an accurate shipping address. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. Please know that any additional custom fees or shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. We do not cover them. Thank you! ♡

Care
Please follow the care tips below to help keep your Dreamii items looking great over time! 

For Garments/Fabric Items
Turn the garment inside out before washing. Hand wash or wash on gentle cycle with cold water only. Lay flat to dry and avoid using dryers. 

For Resin/Pin Items
Spot clean with a damp cloth
